  • Mentoring women

My customers are mainly women in their 30s to '50s, women leaders elevating their confidence and creating more space in their lives.

Tell us about yourself

I am Sarah Freeman, the CEO of Sarah Freeman Coaching. I am on a mission to create a ripple effect in the world (eventually a tidal wave), something bigger than myself. I desire to continue to share my wisdom with women that are ready to step into their next level of confidence. If I am not coaching Women, podcasting, on the radio on a monthly segment, being a step-mum, hanging out with my hubs, or working PT at Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce as the Executive Director, you can find me in the local pool in Canmore swim training!

I lead women to move beyond their fears to elevate their confident women. Do you desire to have consistent access to another level of confidence and move through the fears that are holding you back? Do you desire to dive into your dreams with fearlessness and confidence? To make decisions not from a place of fear but from a place of love? Are you ready to ACTION with your dreams? Be bold with your voice in your community and beyond. Create something bigger than yourself. Or maybe it is Stepping into that next level of your career as a leader.

I am living proof of healing from the loss of friends, family, and divorce, moving through fears to live my best life! Balancing unexpected life transitions, divorce, being a rebel step-mum, finding true love after divorce, rising up from Ulcerative Colitis PLUS finishing 2 Ironmans, and starting my own business. I have been called a high performer in my life, from being a Part-Time Executive Director at a not-for-profit to the CEO of Sarah Freeman, Coaching and finishing 2 Ironmans and other endurance events. I embody my confident woman and desire to share my wisdom with you, including how I infuse rest days as a leader.
