What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a wellness practice with a focus on physical therapy, personal fitness, nutrition, and ergonomic design. We work with a variety of people, all looking to improve function, health, and lifestyle.

Tell us about yourself

I have over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I opened my practice to allow me to holistically treat and work with people - focusing on their entire health picture. I offer personalized pain management, injury recovery, personal fitness, and nutrition coaching. Offering all these services together allows for better health outcomes and function.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Opening my second location in the Hudson Valley - allowing me to expand my reach and clientele.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You must wear many hats - accounting, marketing, and customer service. It can be overwhelming at times to manage all aspects.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. If you are passionate about your goal, then just go for it!
  2. It’s ok to fail - as long as you try again.
  3. There is no absolute right way to run a business. Be open-minded.
