What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am an educator, professional speaker, and "executive coach." As a corporate training specialist, I work with organizations and leaders to create a workplace culture of health and wellbeing. I seek to create an environment of "lifelong learning" for employees at all levels of the organization. My clients include airlines, financial services, sales and marketing companies, and the US government.
Tell us about yourself
Most of my time is spent working with organizations to reduce stress and burnout in the workplace. This includes working with my client's customers.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being asked by Arianna Huffington to write an occasional blog for the Huffington Post.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying connected to my clients and the challenges and opportunities their employees face on a daily basis.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Find you an "executive coach" and mentor and learn life lessons from her or him. Surround yourself with talented people who are change agents. Help people and organizations discover their strengths.
