What's your business, and who are your customers?
My role as a coach is to point my clients (many of who were diagnosed with ADHD and neurodiverse) to have a kinder, gentler, more successful life underneath the noise of my thinking.
I connect with my clients in a very honest way. We talk about the role of thought and how it either frees or limits us. It's a conversation that allows people to slow down their exhausting thinking and see something brand new.
Tell us about yourself
I am a no-nonsense transformation coach, speaker, thought catalyst, creator of the mental health podcast "The Fearless Now," and author of the soon-to-be-released book "Beyond ADHD." My wonderful clients are my motivation to do what I do.

Building a successful coaching practice, launching my first book, "Beyond ADHD (launches 5/2023)," and my podcast," The Fearless Now. "
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Trusting your intuition when everyone in your professional sphere is giving you conflicting perspectives.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Keep your day job until your business is self-sustaining.
- Trust your gut.
- Always be prepared to start over.
