What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Full-Service Hair salon and spa that specializes in the latest and up-to-date trends. We also take pride in providing great customer service to all our clients that have supported us and are proud to say that we have been in business in the City of Brampton for 35 years.

Tell us about yourself

It was exciting for me to work in this industry where you meet a lot of people and make them happy with their new look. You make a connection with them, and I always believed that my priority was to treat all my Employees fairly and give great customer service and value to my Clients. Each day motivates me to continue doing this, which makes me feel satisfied with my business.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Fortunate enough to have staff to work for me for many years, especially two employees that have been with me for over 30 years. Having Clients that supported us for all my years in business. To receive an award for being the Best hair salon in Peel Region in 2018.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being able to accept all the Highs and Lows in running a business. All the responsibility is on you, which can be very overwhelming but also rewarding.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get advice and information from successful business owners.
  2. Be ready to work hard and have confidence in yourself to learn new things on the way.
  3. Don't be afraid to make a move...Be afraid of staying still.
