What's your business, and who are your customers?

A self-paced journey for women in the second half of life into wholeness (however imperfect :) incorporating Chinese Medicine Wisdom of 5 Elements, Creative Process, Creative journaling, nutrition, and connection to the Sacred Self.

Tell us about yourself

I've been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine for over 30 years; about 20 years ago, creativity and art drew me in. As I engage with both, I realize that together they form a perfect marriage...healing and creativity; thus, I began working with women all over the world to heal, transform, and elevate their minds, body, and life with wonderful outcomes. I'm so devoted to this process because there is a deep potency in connecting with our Creative Life Force with the intention to transform any part of our life. The release of old emotional energy patterns is liberating, and I'm wildly motivated by that.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The Sacred honor of witnessing and serving so many souls in empowering ways. I love the acronym HEAL, which stands for Health, Expression, Abundance, and Love. So I would say my biggest accomplishment is finding joyful, colorful, inspiring ways to evolve souls, including my own. I'm true to myself in this business path.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Juggling all the parts, while I have wonderful virtual support, there's always more to do than there is time for!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Connect to your Higher Self as your primary business partner.
  2. Use creative process to work out everything that comes up as a business owner, including expanding your values and qualities.
  3. I have found that envisioning the outcomes I'd like to have is huge in pulling me forward successfully. Get clear on your visions and feed them often.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

People don't always equate creativity with business, but it's a vital component to problem-solving, relationship building, growing revenue, and cultivating new ideas. Not to mention alleviating stress, on par with meditation (per research)!
