What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a health and wellness coach. I want individuals to take their life and health seriously and put them first. I offer coaching, diet plans, and supplements that activate your own body for optimal health. I help women who are stuck that need a path forward to choose themselves first to see and live their lives with purpose and love.

Tell us about yourself

I became a coach and very passionate about health when my mom got dementia and ended up in a home. She does not speak, walks, and eats pureed food. I am very much into my own health, and I want to share that with everyone.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is when people get results, and I know that I have helped them, either through coaching or supplements. I am calling them supplements, but they are really activators.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

That it is on you! You are responsible for everything, and so organization is key to success.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be serious about wanting to start a business and run it every day; this isn't a part-time gig.
  2. Be passionate about your product or service. Don't just do it because....you have to love it every day, through the good and bad.
  3. Do your best every day and show up 110% always. Treat the people you deal with, with kindness, respect, and love.
