What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Mindset Coach, hosting luxury Mastermind Retreats in exotic cities around the globe to help people retrain their brains, bust through their limitations, and radically improve their income and impact.
Tell us about yourself
I love transformation and the power of the mind. My first career was as a school teacher, then as a psychologist. Those careers gave me a front-row seat in witnessing the amazing power of the mind. Combining my love for luxurious travel, I took my expertise from those prior careers, created my Mindset Reset 5-Step Formula, and launched my Coaching and Retreat Business over twenty years ago. I’ve taken my clients on 24 Mastermind Retreats all over the world and taught them how to create the mindset they need to achieve their greatest desires.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It is a huge honor to help people break free from their blind spots and learn how to harness the power of their minds. Watching them transform into the best version of themselves and become an even greater contribution to their family and the world is the dream of a lifetime!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, it was delegating. (Yes, I’m a recovering control freak!) Hiring staff and giving over control was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my business. And yet, delegating was the single element that contributed to the global growth of my business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Go within and identify your authentic passion. Follow that passion and START. Just start and trust that ‘one step at a time’ is enough to create your global success story.
- Hire a coach. Get the training you need to grow your skillset and become truly great at what you do. (And delegate the rest.)
- Promote. Promote. Promote. Share your vision and enroll others in it. You will be amazed at how many people will show up to help you. Keep sharing your vision, your product, or your service with conviction. The world needs you to have that kind of tenacity to make the impact your business can have. Be bold. Dream big. And promote that big, bold dream of yours.
