What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is called Rose's Cleaning services. We offer residential cleaning services, from weekly housekeeping to move-out Deep Cleaning. Our professionals are trained to implement the safest cleaning.

Tell us about yourself

I am a mom of two boys and a refugee, and life is hard with no support. I was doing LPN, but money was a problem. So I started to clean people's homes. Then it turned out to be something I'm great at and love. I do it because it pays my bills, helps me take care of my kids, and my music career.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Reaching goals that you would never think of settling.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having to be as organized as possible. Having to lead people to believe in you and what you do.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Do it, and do it with love. It's hard at first, but you have to love it, or you could end up drowning.
