What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an Aliveness guide. I guide and inspire others toward lifestyle choices that result in more vitality, health, and balance. We see more and more how our health is becoming our wealth. We can not afford to compromise our well-being. The vitality of our entire planet depends on how we practice and harness harmony within ourselves.

Tell us about yourself

My path as a fitness and movement professional began with a debilitating injury. The pain was one of my biggest teachers and motivators. Through my own healing experience, I became fascinated with the incredible intelligence of our bodies and how we can thrive once we honor our beings.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I see the lives of my client all around the world improve and change for the better once they take responsibility for their health and wellness. I know that my business is succeeding and thriving when I create more Aliveness, vitality, and inspiration in someone’s life.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I have lived, studied, and worked in Asia, Europe, and Northern America. I experienced and learned from many business and work cultures. One of the main challenges has been a constant reminder of reciprocity and fair energy exchange for my services.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Know your business message and purpose. Keep refining and adjusting it according to your personal growth and evolution. Just like the weather and life, a business has its seasons — maximize your potential when you are expanding. Learn, rest, recover and rejuvenate to avoid burnout and keep nourishing your Aliveness.
