What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a certified life and business coach specializing in coaching individuals to create a healthy, balanced and purposeful life. I have always had a passion for helping others create the best life possible and to feel purpose in all areas of their life.

I have a business background working for government programs and non-profits, and I have chosen to follow my true path of coaching others. I am an active business coach, and I assist leaders in realizing their true potential, creating a work/life balance, and becoming more successful. My clients experience greater efficiency and an increase in productivity, motivation, and passion. I also assist leaders in further developing their leadership skills, creating and achieving goals, and reducing their stress.

Tell us about yourself

I have always felt a strong desire to help others, and when I heard about life and business coaching, I knew it was a perfect match. When I see and feel the light in others shine more brightly, it inspires me to continue on my altruistic path of helping others fulfill their purpose.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating a program during COVID to help others who were not financially able to pay for services due to a loss of job, etc., and be part of helping them advance their life in a new direction and open themselves up to new possibilities.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Everything falls on you, and when disasters hit, it is up to you to keep the ship sailing on the stormy seas.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you have a good digital marketing program in place.
  2. Be innovative and creative.
  3. Ask other successful business owners in the same industry for their advice.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

At the end of the day, it's about what we can do to help others that makes us strong. Transformation is waiting for us on our journey of self-realization for success.
