We are a group and one-on-one personal growth coaching company.
Tell us about yourself
I spent years as a professional dancer and actress in Hollywood (touring with Prince, tv show Buffy the Vampire Slayer) portraying an image of total confidence on stage and on screen... but the image I was portraying was far different from what I was experiencing internally. I was fearful, uncomfortable in my skin, and struggling with food and body image issues. On a quest for answers and healing... I discovered a blueprint to Conquer the Counterfeit Comfort of Food (my signature mentorship course for women) and, for over 22 years, have helped women around the world change their relationship with food and regain the domain of their brain!! No more torment and obsession with food and weight. The focus is not on a diet or eating plan... but on healing from the inside out.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building my business on my own, just helping one woman at a time until my business grew to international impact.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing time... not focusing more on others than yourself and your family.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Start with what you know. What comes naturally to you? What problem do you see in the world that irks you ad needs fixing... that's a key to your part in the solution. Also, recognize your strengths and your weaknesses. Build a team of people that are strong where you're not. Hire an assistant asap so you can focus on your area of genius and not do admin work!
