What's your business, and who are your customers?

We build supply chains from scratch for new modular structures manufacturing plants, including setting up all suppliers, including direct lumber and OSB mills. We match the BOM list with logical suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms. Hire and mentor the purchasing team to high-performance levels.

Thirty-eight years in selling-buying construction materials, mostly Fortune 500 companies. Became an expert in process management who set the stage.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building out the supply chain for a new large modular plant in Colorado that uses a Toyota-based production process.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Understanding what the client really wants and supporting the fact plants rarely open on schedule.
