Since I was a kid, I've been driven to get people together to do something worthwhile. I love working on making work better for individuals and companies--we spend most of our waking hours in our careers, and most corporate training is an eye-roller!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Consistently delivering impactful experiences AND making a living in startups for over 35 years.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Keeping the momentum going. You find a group of clients here, some more there, and the landscape is always shifting, so it takes smarts and hustle to find the next opportunity.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Find a verified need and meet it with quality and joy.
Be prepared to work hard.
