What's your business, and who are your customers?
As a Mindset Strategist and Self-Belief Coach, my primary focus is to help female entrepreneurs develop a strong sense of self-belief and self-confidence, which will enable them to overcome self-doubt. My clients are looking for a framework or a roadmap that will guide them through the process of developing a strong mindset. They are committed to identifying and challenging their negative thought patterns and the limiting beliefs that are holding them back from achieving their business goals.
Tell us about yourself
I started my entrepreneurial journey with a focus on helping women become confident and overcome limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from achieving their financial goals. My passion lies in encouraging others to start their own businesses and realize financial freedom. I've noticed that mindset plays a significant role in the success of entrepreneurs and that many people have doubts or uncertainties about starting their own businesses. To help bridge this gap, I refer to my forte as "gap standing," where I help female entrepreneurs overcome mindset challenges and believe in themselves, ultimately empowering self-actualization. My brands, Rich Boss Bich, Rich In Thoughts, and Rich In Profits, reflect my philosophy of empowering women to build wealth and success through a rich mindset.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is the creation of a framework that is adaptable for all levels of entrepreneurship and has the ability to cause a ripple effect in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The more women who are empowered to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and grow their businesses, the more diverse the entrepreneurial landscape will become and allow more women to break the glass ceiling. The framework is called the Mindset Makeover Matrix and aligns with my mission to help raise the emotional and financial vibrations of one million female entrepreneurs.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a solopreneur, you have to handle every aspect of your business. Switching between hats can be challenging. Until you outsource some tasks, you are not only the boss but also the employee and even the client. You have to juggle several perspectives and somehow make those perspectives connect seamlessly, so the business runs smoothly. For instance, you have to manage administrative/technical tasks, marketing, product development, and customer service, among other things. Since you are handling all these tasks by yourself at the beginning of the journey, it can be overwhelming to switch from one perspective to another.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Cultivate a futuristic mentality. Focus on the feelings of what you can have and what you can possibly achieve rather than on what you lack or what could go wrong.
- Always remember Thomas Edison and the lightbulb when you feel like quitting. Never give up on yourself. Be patient until you find the right formula for your success. Persistence and self-belief are essential for entrepreneurship.
- Iron sharpens iron. Surround yourself with other confident and motivated entrepreneurs who can provide valuable support, inspiration, and motivation.
