What's your business, and who are your customers?

In big organizations, like big hotel chains, by using RevPi... CEO, CFO, Asset Manager, Owners, and other executives will have direct and full access at any time to their entire hotel's past, current, and future data, reports, and 24 months of revenue and forecast, making for very accurate predictions. Our clients "since 2021" until today are five 5-star hotel and resort owners, including private investors and developers who have underperforming hospitality assets and lack in-house hotel expertise in the Middle East and Thailand.
We’ve developed a very advanced algorithm in finance and revenue management to achieve the best results for any hotel or outlet size with an error of a maximum of 2% per year. Also, owners and management companies can see two-year back and three-year forward predictions (full P&L and RM reports) in extraordinarily complex numbers and within seconds in any area of their hotel or outlet.
Tell us about yourself
After contributing to the growth and success of many organizations and hotels in Southeast Asia and the Middle East in the past 18 years as an executive team leader and cluster general manager, I had the opportunity to develop and work as COO for RevPi.
My daily work is monitoring the revenue and full daily P&L performance versus the hotels' strategies for each hotel. Sure, include service performance as it affects the income for each business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As of now, I am still waiting to say I've accomplished something... I am looking for big hotels organization to adopt RevPi and convert it into more extensive scale projects where thousands of hotels will be involved.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Cash flow and capital size make business easy or hard. In my case, the fund was our main challenge. Also, we remember the country's business environment and the business owner's understanding of what can be done with the support of a third party.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
