What's your business, and who are your customers?

Renewal Spa & Beauty is a unique space in the beauty industry - we strive to provide a safe environment and efficacious services and treatments tailored to each one of our clients. Our personal relationship with each client stands out above most spas. We go above and beyond to meet every one of our clients' needs.

Tell us about yourself

I started renewal spa & beauty in 2017 in my parent's basement - a year later, I expanded into my first brick and mortar. Six months later, in 2019, we expanded again and became a full-service medical spa and salon! My unique relationship with each of my clients creates a special and trusted bond, so I'm able to address all skincare concerns from the inside out and give results-driven skin care and treatments for every client I meet.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Opening and maintaining a full-service spa and salon during a global pandemic! We are still here and thriving!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being responsible for your employees, renters, all areas of your business outside of the treatment room, all while juggling being a mom and wife, is a hard challenge!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start slow, have a trusted counsel of people on your team that you can run through all your ideas before making decisions. Get everything in writing and always follow your gut; if something doesn't feel right - your gut is usually right! Believe in yourself and set up boundaries early in your business! You are worth it!
