What's your business, and who are your customers?
I remix the employee experience of organizations to unlock the potential of their talent and culture. This is done through coaching, advising, designing, and facilitating. My focus areas include leadership/team development, Inclusion & Diversity, culture change, employee engagement, and employee experience. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations in technology, fashion, and other industries.
Tell us about yourself
I left the world of international marketing and communications to have a greater impact on people and their lives. I am passionate about serving others and supporting their journeys to step into their potential and creating spaces for them to thrive. I've lived and worked in the US, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, and The Netherlands.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To successfully grow my business from nothing while impacting the lives and experiences of others along the way.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Growing my business while taking the time to care for myself and step away at times for my own needs.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
