What's your business, and who are your customers?

We offer unanticipated revenue to consumers by purchasing consumer legal claims at scale against large corporations. The purchase process is digital, and no fees are charged to the consumer.

Tell us about yourself

After selling my marketing agency, I went on a sabbatical period where I found myself in the position of hiring numerous consumer services (telecom, health insurance, Internet...). I felt the skin, the problem millions of Brazilian consumers go through with these companies. I decided to enter and create a solution to help heal this pain.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There are some. The main one is to be able to build a legacy for society. Generates a significant improvement in the way consumers are treated by large companies.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

  • Getting the timing of your decisions right
  • Keeping the cash flow on target
  • Hiring the right people
  • Retaining good talent engaged in business goals.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Take the time to diagnose but be quick to execute. have a clear culture for your team, and value your mistakes because they will help you grow. Resilience is key. Consumers always come first.
