What's your business, and who are your customers?

We provide Sales-as-a-Service to SMEs in the Fintech and Tech space. Simply stated, we help companies grow at the pace and magnitude that suits their business model.

Tell us about yourself

I've been in FinTech and Tech Sales for a long time before I embarked on my professional journey. It's always been more of a passion and professional purpose rather than simply a job. Through the years, I've had this vision of how I would like to make even the smallest impact in the FinTech and Tech community and help companies exceed their growth expectations. We have a long way to go still, but from today's point of view, I'd say this was the best decision I've made.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I would say that my biggest accomplishments ever are my clients. We got the incredible chance to work with companies from over 5 countries on their growth strategy and still going. I'm so humbly grateful for this opportunity.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It wasn't an easy decision to go solo, given that I needed to succeed on my own in predominantly male-driven industries at a time of great uncertainty due to Covid. It's unfortunate to admit, but even today, there is still a stereotypical perception of a saleswoman in Fintech and Tech that puts quite a few female professionals at a great disadvantage. It's a tough job to earn men's respect in the community. It took me many years and quite an effort to get there.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. It's cliche, but never give up. Even when it doesn't make any sense, just take the next most obvious step.
  2. Choose wisely your target audience before you decide to brand yourself. When you truly know your customers, you will be able to serve and help them.
  3. Great planning, extensive research, and thorough preparation is the key to anything in life.
