What's your business, and who are your customers?

Reap Community offers a more rewarding experience for a new generation of entrepreneurs. Whether launching a product, landing key accounts, building relationships with venture capitalists, or finding expert help, your Reap Advisor helps you navigate every business decision with greater confidence, lifting the fog of entrepreneurial ambiguity. With Reap, you have access to experts so you can build your business in full confidence without giving any equity.

Tell us about yourself

If you are a serial entrepreneur like myself, you know the feeling. You have visions of taking on the world with your amazing idea, but all you can think about is how entrepreneurship is a lonely endeavor. That's why I started Reap Community. Every day, I help others reach their goals by building organizations and empowering them to succeed. I'm grateful to be doing work that is meaningful, and I'm lucky to have an opportunity to do so.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of my biggest achievements is cultivating my curiosity and compassion for others. I've been able to nurture relationships that have resulted in life-long friendships and trusted partnerships.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the biggest challenges of being a business owner is staying focused and not being discouraged by all the changes. One way to overcome this challenge is to always have your customers in mind and a deep desire to help them by alleviating their pain.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, do what you love. It's the only way to spend your time well spent when it's rewarding your core essence. It will enrich your life and help you become the person you want to be.

Second, enjoy the journey. It might be a cliche, but the pursuit of happiness is a journey.

Third, surround yourself with compassionate people who are also smarter than you. Recognizing the limits of your own intelligence and worldview can be a strategic advantage throughout your career.
