What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business Real World Creatives was founded in 2015 and served creative and spiritual entrepreneurs through intuitive business, mindset, money, and energy coaching. I take a holistic and strategic approach to supporting entrepreneurs with small businesses to create profit by doing what they love without hustling! My clients come from a wide range of industries, but they're really the most thoughtful, innovative, visionary, and big-hearted people trying to make the world better through their work.

Tell us about yourself

I started my career as a photographer, and after creating a successful business with commercial and fine artwork, I wanted to help other creatives find success with less struggle! I began speaking at colleges, conferences, and workshops on money mindset, then began coaching and working with people from around the globe virtually. I feel like I'm doing my true purpose work, and knowing that it helps others to do what they're called to do, is endlessly motivating and fulfilling for me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've done a lot I'm proud of, like getting outside my comfort zone to speak and lead retreats, but my biggest accomplishment is really all the people who tell me I changed their lives by supporting them to create healthier money relationships and grow their confidence to be who they want to be in the world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The emotional rollercoaster! Business is simple, but humans are complex, and since we're not robots, a business can feel really complicated, overwhelming, and tough.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Don't try to do it alone; ask for help, a lot of help!
2. Work on your personal health/healing at the same time.
3. Listen to your intuition and desires; they will always guide you on your path.
