What's your business, and who are your customers?
RE Luxe Leaders is a premier consulting firm that specializes in providing expert guidance and strategic planning services to luxury real estate companies, brokerages, and teams.
Tell us about yourself
I am a 25+ year veteran in the real estate brokerage business and have had the opportunity to lead three of the top ten companies in the industry. I got into consulting and coaching as an opportunity to have freedom as well as focus on my areas of strength by giving back to the community of entrepreneurs.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is spearheading several turnarounds, which saved jobs and made owners tens of millions of dollars of profit annually.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It's on you. Good or bad, you are the only one who can be blamed.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Some days, you want to quit. Don't.
- Grit is the single most important quality you can develop for success.
- It will always take twice as long and cost twice as much as you think it will. But it is worth it.
