What's your business, and who are your customers?
RBCO Events is a Southern California and Destination full-service event planning company that caters to modern, minimal, chic, and timeless couples.
Tell us about yourself
I'm the planner, coordinator, and stylist for RBCO Events. Since 2016, I've had the honor to simply create and breathe life into events in hopes for my work to land in the hearts it's meant to. The gathering of epiphanies, personalities, and excitement to bring to life one's most anticipated event is what I love to hear from my clients when getting to know them. And as an event planner, that is what inspires and drives me to create and craft memories that will last a lifetime. Throughout the entire planning process, I devote my time and effort to ensure more than just happiness and satisfaction. Through RBCO Events, I am arranging breathtaking celebrations that reflect my desire to contribute to my clients' lives, who eventually become my dearest friends!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Through earning that trust from my clients, I am able to have the freedom and creative direction to bring to life special celebrations. Most importantly, I am contributing to one of the most important chapters in people's lives that will always be remembered - which is truly an impactful responsibility and motivating as a business owner.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Running a business, aka building your dream, is truly a life commitment and takes so much time, consistency, and sacrifice that it almost feels like it's a never-ending journey.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
By staying true to your character/brand, having that "I can, and I did" mindset, learning from your mistakes, and finding solutions on how to do better, your business will be successful, and oftentimes, you just have to remind yourself of these things when the going gets tough.
