Lead In Your Truth - RB Jumpstart Coaching

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Rasie Bamigbade, founder of RB Jumpstart Coaching, located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help business and corporate leaders lead their teams more effectively through self-leadership. More effective leadership of teams starts with self-leadership. I help each of my clients walk the talk and inspire their teams through their actions first. The world is a better place with better leaders. Closing this opportunity gap is my passion and a significant part of my life's purpose.

Tell us about yourself

I have 16+ leadership experience from McDonalds, Starbucks, and HMShost. My passion for leadership and starting my own business(s) started when I got promoted to a manager at McDonalds. I wanted to do more, and this drive fueled my passion and pushed me through the unique challenges I faced. I shared more about my leadership experience in my book - Lead In Your Truth (Amazon Bestseller). My client's results and being part of each transformation motivate me each day. Paving the way for our youth leaders through my 12 months mentorship program fuels my motivation as well.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Structuring a successful coaching program that has helped 50+ business and corporate leaders and publishing my bestseller book on Amazon - Lead In Your Truth

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Working a full-time job and running my business. I have learned how to be very patient and trust my plan step by step and what I need to learn along the way. As I have practiced balance and experienced the results, I have designed a workshop on this topic to help business, and corporate leaders practice and experience balance daily.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your research to know more about your market.
  2. Build a strong network wholeheartedly.
  3. Know your why and values and stand by them daily.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Entrepreneurship will teach you more about who you are, who you can trust, and who you can help. Do the work that it takes to be open to learning and evolve in your role and experience.
