What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If we are talking podcasting:
- Record and edit as many episodes as you can before you even have a launch date.
- Be selfish with who you book on your show. Their voice becomes your voice.
- Always err on the side of being playful and funny. This isn’t surgery; it’s a podcast.
