Owned a marketing agency in the US and Canada that focused on restaurants. Found the RawBlendz concept of the future of eating and bought the restaurant in 2020.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to serve on non-profit boards and give back to the community.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

COVID provided some new challenges and opportunities. Finding good employees will always be a hurdle that, once cleared, you can grow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Join a chamber.
  2. Define your customer.
  3. Use a percentage of your profits for marketing.
