I am an NYC boxing coach, NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Perennial Boxing + Fitness owner. My customers are people who want to learn boxing, improve their health, and optimize their nutrition intake.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a boxing coach, NASM certified personal trainer, NASM certified nutrition coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Perennial Boxing + Fitness. What got me into the fitness business is the idea of empowering people's lives through boxing, fitness, and their dietary intake. My business is also a great way to improve an individual's mental health. That's what motivates me on a daily basis.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The positive feedback that I receive from clients that work with me and how my training methods improve their overall lifestyle.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

When people undervalue your worth and your skill set.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
