Tell us about yourself

My Brother Zak and I are both 4th generation butchers that have been working in the business since we were kids, sweeping floors and washing dishes. Our main motivation is to provide high-quality products that keep our customers coming back!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our biggest accomplishment as business owners has been maintaining our current clientele and growing our customer base. Zak and I have raised our small retail shop and have made our top-selling products available at local grocery stores.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is the long hours and time spent away from family.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Work hard.
  2. Be personable. Treat your employees and customers as family.
  3. Persevere.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

The most rewarding aspect of owning a family business is being able to work with my brothers and sons. Teaching them the family business working hard, honest, and making wholesome and delicious products for our customers from generations past and for generations to come.
