What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help yoga teachers and studios create excellent online and in-person teacher training and education.

Tell us about yourself

I love yoga ~, and I also love education. I saw a need in our community for more support in bridging the gap between expertise and education. Many yogis are passionate, devoted, and incredibly skilled but may not have the specific skillset to bring their expertise into an educational platform. I help them bring their knowledge and skills more fully into the world so that we can help more people access this transformational practice.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping studios to launch their very own YTT. It's a win for everyone! For the studio, for the students, and for the world.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Learning how to delegate and not do it all ourselves!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be prepared for a marathon, not a sprint.
  2. Refill your own well so that you can stay the course.
  3. Focus on helping people and building your community, and the rest will follow.
