What's your business, and who are your customers?
Queen 2 Queen is an accessory brand. We specialize in jewelry, accessories, and everything in between. Our brand tailors to women who want to embrace their inner Queen.
Tell us about yourself
For as long as I can remember, I have loved fashion jewelry, and accessories. In 2018, I originally launched Queen 2 Queen but life happened, and we had to go on a temporary hiatus. Queen 2 Queen finally relaunched on August 14, 2020, and we've been thriving ever since. My motivation comes from the many women who love our products. The goal is to continue motivating and empowering Queens worldwide to embrace their beauty with our beautiful jewelry and accessories.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment thus far is shipping to 26 states throughout the United States. That may not be much to some, but it lays the foundation for Queen 2 Queen to one day not only become a national brand but an international one as well.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is building the brand. Anyone can start a business, but it takes hardworking people to actually put in what is required to run a successful business. It takes focus, dedication, ambition, hard work, and a lot of long days and sleepless nights.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- The first step to success is to try. If you want to start a business, just do it. Worry about perfecting it later.
- There is no shortcut to success. What you put in is what you will get out of it, so work hard and treat your business/brand like your baby. Raise that baby up the right way, and it will become all that you want it to be.
- Do not get caught up in the hype of other businesses/brands. Worry about YOUR business and stay in YOUR lane. What is meant for you will be for you.
