Practice for Classical Homeopathy - Quantum Perceptions
Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Alaniya Patton, founder of Quantum Perceptions LLC., located in Eugene, OR, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
I named my business Quantum Perceptions LLC as a reflection of my innate gift to perceive underlying energetic patterns present in each person. At the innermost state of sensation, the quantum level energetic patterns are individually present in each person. Those patterns govern not only physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional health, but they also govern and determine (create) our day-to-day life experiences. In my business, I help those who feel drawn to reach out to me with the option to reach the deepest healing processes on all levels.
Leading Edge Mindset Coaching is an addition to my work as a fully trained Practitioner of Classical Homeopathy. I attract people of all faiths, beliefs, and various states of health on any level. There are those who wish to simply feel better physically. Some want to live more healthy lifestyles and peaceful relationships. Others have the courage to dive in deeply and heal their traumas, whether those are a genetic disposition/family lineage, individually acquired, or brought into this lifetime at birth.
The journey into greater awareness, health, and happiness can lead to a greater understanding of the universal laws that are true to all of Creation. This type of awareness can lead a client to actively seek awareness of their connection to non-physical reality and to explore deeper spiritual concepts, ranging from gaining a more in-depth understanding of the universal laws all the way to a journey toward enlightenment. Each person goes as far as it suits them.
Decades of experience and self-discovery honed my gifts and learned skills, which I am happy to share. I accompany and guide my clients on their individual paths. This makes my offering unique, as it is no one-size-fits-all system. Instead, very personalized attention is given to each client’s individual situation.
Tell us about yourself
My background is varied and a tale best learned from my book “Life on the Leading Edge – A Traveling Companion,” available on Amazon.
I came to Eugene, Oregon, in 1995, met my husband, and started a family. While raising my children, I studied Classical Homeopathy and became a practitioner in 2003. As a full-time mom, I did not leave much time to devote to developing my healing practice. I never advertised but eventually joined a Facebook group, showed up, shared my knowledge to help and guide other members, and became an admin in a very short amount of time. This brought some exposure, and over time, word-of-mouth referrals and positive references were the observable results. In that way, I applied what I now coach, cleared my own resistance, and followed where my intuition led.
It was a slower, more organic way to begin caring for people’s overall health. Once my adult kids left home, I had more time and availability and opened my virtual practice doors wide. Folks began to reach out to me. At some point, it became obvious that my background in spiritual knowledge needed to be part of the process for those clients who are interested in sorting out their own lives in a more conscious manner. This is how Leading Edge Mindset Coaching became an additional offering in my business.
I start each day with joy in my heart, understanding that I am a very specific energetic beacon, ready to meet with those who feel intuitively drawn to take advantage of the knowledge and skill set I have acquired on my own path.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I grew my business without any of the commonly used marketing tools. Solely based on the universal principles that govern all of what we experience and call “reality.”
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I believe there are no real hard things in general, but for me, the greatest learning curve had been the organization and structure of my business at the beginning. The reason for that was that I grew up and worked in Switzerland before immigrating to the USA in 1995. Therefore, I had no experience in American business practices, laws, taxes, etc. Thankfully, there’s enough information available to educate oneself and learn.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be thoroughly inspired, passionate, and excited to start a business.
- Focus on what you are prepared for and ready to offer to your clients and determine your identity as a business owner. Your business is an extension of who you are and not merely something you do.
- Follow your own instincts and intuition and forgo actions that are uninspired or feel “off.” They may have led others to success, but your path may be different.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
There is a lot of joy and freedom in being a small business owner. However, there can be a certain amount of insecurity that comes along with it too. Balancing those two sides will be a skill that leads to a specific mindset of its own. I make sure to remember that I create my own reality and am fully responsible for my success in business and life.
