What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a retail pharmacy with a storefront and a robust e-commerce business. We have something for everyone and try our best to meet the needs of all our clients/ customers. Our storefront is very inviting, and we are 100% dedicated to serving our customers, whether it be ordering special products, doing local deliveries, helping vaccinate, making house visits to seniors who are homebound, and more. We want to make sure our customers are taken care of - they are like family to us!
Tell us about yourself
My family inspires me to grow. I enjoy new challenges and the thrill of incorporating new technology into my practice.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting out as a brick-and-mortar store to becoming an omnichannel retailer.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Countless hours needed to be put into the business, always being on call. Time has taken away from family, even on days off.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Follow your dreams.
- Don’t be scared to try new things.
- Learn from your failures.
