What's your business, and who are your customers?
Product & Prosper is the only program helping CPG brands start selling wholesale, land more retail accounts, and manage retail relations with digital infrastructure. I work with emerging CPG brands looking to get into retail or who need help managing their retail accounts in-house.
Tell us about yourself
I started and 'failed' 4 businesses before this. I worked with 25+ startups to build sales, marketing, and brand strategies. I can't quit now - I'm fully in this, and that's what motivates me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Launching. Putting myself out there on LinkedIn and online. Beyond that, persistent consistency to keep posting, keep creating, keep building - even when the likes are low, and the stats are down.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Understanding what tasks to focus on today will become results tomorrow.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Start with the industry or interest. I was absolutely fascinated by food, beverage, & CPG. Then look for the patterns of need. Once I started working with a few different CPG clients, they began to ask me the same thing "I need help selling to B2B wholesale; I need help managing my accounts." I listened, built the process that got results, and Product & Prosper was born.
