What's your business, and who are your customers?
EYL Coaching is an Emotional Health Coaching service designed to help empower people to overcome stress, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed by strengthening their emotional wellness & mastering self-care to become the best version of themselves.
Tell us about yourself
I have been a helping professional for all of my working career. I’ve learned the hard way that there is a high cost associated with caring for others if you’re not intentional about caring for yourself well. With this in mind, I felt called to the purpose of caring for people who care for others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say that holding virtual workshops in different cities.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I think one of the hardest things is the fluctuating income.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Choose to do something that you can do for hours on end because you will spend a lot of your time on business activities.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Making the decision to love and care for yourself well positions you to show up as the best version of yourself for the people and things you care about most.
