What's your business, and who are your customers?
Primestay Vacation Homes Rental LLC is a holiday home rental company and is a labor of passion and hard work. I started my career in Real Estate in the year 2014 as a broker, wherein I offered serviced apartments and hotels to my clients who were looking for short-term rentals. I saw the huge potential of the short-term demand in Dubai because of the volume of clients from tourists, residents, investors, medical tourism, and corporate clients who are looking for fully furnished and serviced apartments/villas in residential towers/communities. Basically, clients that are looking for a home away from home.
As a company, we understand the process of setting up a vacation home and welcoming guests, and providing hotel services with the comfort of a personal home. We take care of all our stakeholder's assets by generating a higher return on their investments and maintaining properties in pristine condition.
Tell us about yourself
Started my career in Real Estate in the year 2014, from renting hotel apartments to becoming the number 1 Sales Associate Director in Dubai for 2021. I work with high-net-worth investors and end-user clients to understand their requirements and deliver the best solution within Dubai's dynamic and evolving property market. All throughout these years as CEO of Primestay and opening up multiple new businesses like 811 Consultancy and Primecleaning. To become an Author of Amazon's best bookseller "Take Charge."
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is providing opportunities to all my clients/stakeholders, maximizing returns on their investments, and as well as seeing all my employees grow with the company in career and monetarily wise. Also, this year we will be awarded as the Fastest Growing Holiday Homes Company for the year 2022.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things you'll have to face as a business owner is dealing with the unknown. Every day there will be new challenges and obstacles to deal with. Business is never predictable, no matter how prepared you are. Staying consistent and focused is the key to success.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The best formula for success is consistency. Be consistent in achieving your goals to succeed.
