What's your business, and who are your customers?

Prime Five Homes is in the business of designing and building new, luxury, modern, and eco-friendly homes for clientele that require only the highest quality finishes and designs. Our goal is to turn an often tedious and exhausting process into one that is not only exciting and joyful for clients but is also fulfilling for everyone involved. Our clients are highly motivated, successful individuals who are constantly at work on their own projects and companies. We strive to make the process as clientele friendly as possible. We handle the entire process with the smallest amount of client time and effort required. We strongly believe that the building and design process should be seamless without requiring much of our client's effort and time unless, of course, our clients have any unique requests or desires that we would happily implement.

Tell us about yourself

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. To get to build in the city that I grew up in has been so important to me. I started working in development 15 years ago. I wanted to do better than my predecessors. From my view of the inside, I grew to understand that there were many places that we could improve to make not only higher quality developments but also a more joyful process for clients and our team. I am motivated to make our team and clients a development that we can all be proud of.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner would have to be surviving an unconventional education while working my way from the bottom all the way up.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is staying motivated and adapting to changing environments.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Try to focus on as few priorities as possible and not overwhelm yourself. Try to keep tasks simple to some extent.
Try to learn something new and enlightening every day.
Keep your body healthy.
