What motivates me each day to do what I do is a deep desire to help others succeed. I am passionate about helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, and franchisees achieve their goals and grow their businesses, and this drive motivates me to continue working hard and striving for excellence in everything I do.

With over 20 years of experience (ranging from retail to wholesale), I have founded over ten companies, authored four books, awarded three U.S. patents, and received numerous industry awards. What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, there are many challenges and difficulties that I face on a daily basis. One of the hardest things for me is the risk involved in starting and running a business. Taking on financial and other types of risk is a necessary part of the process, but it can be stressful and challenging at times.
Another difficult aspect of being a business owner is the responsibility that comes with it. I am responsible for the success or failure of my business, and this can be a heavy burden to bear at times.
In addition to the risk and responsibility, the time demands of being a business owner can be challenging. I often find myself working long hours and weekends in order to get everything done, and this can be difficult to manage alongside other commitments such as family or personal interests.
Competition is also a constant challenge for me as a business owner. In today's market, it can be difficult to stand out and succeed, and I must be proactive and strategic in order to stay ahead of the competition.
Finally, limited resources can be a source of frustration for me as a business owner. Whether it's financial, human, or otherwise, having access to the resources I need to grow and succeed can be difficult at times.
Despite these challenges, I find being a business owner to be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. It's hard work, but it's worth it to see my business grow and succeed.
