What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is PrimalRoot Wellness, and I focus on providing wellness solutions for individuals looking to improve their overall health and well-being. My customers are individuals who are seeking a natural, holistic approach to wellness and are interested in optimizing their gut health, reducing stress levels, and achieving a better work-life balance. I work with busy professionals, moms, and anyone who is committed to making wellness a top priority in their lives. At PrimalRoot Wellness, I believe that wellness is a right, not a privilege, and I am dedicated to providing accessible and effective solutions to help customers/clients achieve their health goals.
Tell us about yourself
I started this company because I'm passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. For years, I struggled with my own health issues and felt frustrated by the lack of effective solutions offered by traditional medicine. I began researching and experimenting with alternative therapies, and that's when I discovered the incredible power of a holistic approach to wellness.
Through PrimalRoot Wellness and the proprietary wellness blueprint I created, I offer a range of services and resources designed to help individuals achieve their best health through a holistic approach. Whether you are struggling with chronic health issues, looking to optimize your athletic performance, or simply want to feel your best, I'm here to guide and support you on your journey.
Over the years, I've worked with countless clients that have had amazing wellness transformations implementing the wellness blueprint I created. I'm committed to making these services accessible to as many people as possible. My ultimate goal is to continue empowering individuals to take control of their own health and well-being and to help them unlock their full potential for a vibrant, fulfilling life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is creating a wellness blueprint that has made a significant impact on people's lives. I've had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations in individuals who have implemented my approach to taking care of their mind and body. Being able to educate and empower people to make lasting changes in their lives has been the most rewarding aspect of my work. I am grateful for the opportunity to help people achieve their wellness goals and live their best life.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, I believe the hardest aspect has been trying to figure everything out and coming up with the right processes that work for my business and clients. It takes a lot of trial and error to find what truly works in terms of processes and what doesn't, and that can be a daunting task at times. Additionally, trying to balance work and personal life has also been a challenge. Being a business owner requires a lot of dedication and time, and finding that balance between work and personal life can be difficult, but it's crucial to maintain one's well-being and prevent burnout. Despite these challenges, I've learned so much about myself and my business, and I continue to strive for success while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Starting a business can be an exciting and challenging journey. Based on my experience, I believe there are a few key tips that can help anyone in starting a business.
- Make sure that you love what you do or are passionate about what you want to do. This will keep you motivated and committed during the inevitable tough times.
- Figure out the people you enjoy working with and what your ideal framework would look like. This includes identifying your target audience, understanding their needs, and developing a business plan that aligns with your values and goals.
- It's essential to be adaptable. Starting a business is a learning process, and you need to be open to change, new ideas, and pivoting when things don't go as planned. Being adaptable means being able to adjust to market conditions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
In summary, loving what you do, understanding your target audience, and being adaptable are critical to starting and building a successful business. With these tips in mind, you can take on the challenges of entrepreneurship and achieve your goals.
