What's your business, and who are your customers?

Premier Rapport is a business consulting firm focused on workplace culture. People first and employees second. How we do, what we do, when we work together - defining culture by design and living it. Helping leaders define what right looks like, sounds like, and feels like - aligning the right people in the right roles and organizations to feel seen, valued, and heard. Workplace culture isn't built in a day; it's built every day - helping leaders design it and live it intentionally, yielding the returns that always meant to exist.

Tell us about yourself

I started working at the age of 11 and haven't looked back for going on 45 years. More than passionate, rather obsessed with how individuals work together inside of teams and organizations. I am motivated by helping others to level up their clarity in being a leader.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Wrote six books and dozens of e-books, created the Certified Professional Culture Curator certification, received Entrepreneur of the Year, and helped hundreds of leaders excel in their workplace culture.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Working all the time, the mind is hard to turn off. Nor do I want it to turn off. I love what I do.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Create your own space and have clarity on what makes you different.
  2. Remain authentic.
  3. Message daily.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Remember why you started your business and stayed in your lane and hired others to do what isn't in your lane. Don't overcomplicate what you do and all the services you offer.
