Tell us about yourself
I have a background in biological research and financial services. The main question I help answer for business owners is what levers they pull to increase revenue while increasing the profit margin. As a business consultant, I help identify the path to success for business owners. I love helping people and have turned this passion into a business serving others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped many businesses stay afloat and improve their bottom line during troubling times.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
In the beginning, prospecting for new business was my greatest challenge. As time went on, it became easier to find new prospects. It also helps that I am quoted each day all over the world.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start with something you are truly passionate about.
- Grow your name through word of mouth and social media.
- Constantly analyze your business, focusing more time and effort on what is working.
