What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a personal chef looking for plant-based eaters and pescatarians.

My mom was the inspiration for my cooking career. I am passionate about plant-based foods and the Northwest's awesome ingredients.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is a three-day Chevalier tasting. I served over 60 courses paired with French wines to 20 people.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding good help is one of the hardest things for me.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Hire a mentor.
- Get an accountant/bookkeeper.
