What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have a Wellness business that works with clients to improve their Nutrition, Fitness, Mobility, and overall wellness. I offer Nutrition Programs for Gut Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Private and Semi-Private Yoga Practices.
Tell us about yourself
I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit in me from a very young age. I love wellness and all avenues of it, physical, spiritual, and emotional. As soon as I was done with nutrition school, I started my business right away; I was so excited to get started! Being able to guide my clients away from unhealthy habits to new healthy habits is something that I love doing. Seeing them transform physically, mentally, and emotionally is a huge accomplishment for me!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Making the big leap into full-time entrepreneurship! Also, seeing the business evolve is really rewarding.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The roller-coaster ride! No day is the same. You have great financial months and really scary ones!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Jump in, don't look back.
- You'll figure everything out as you go - it is all a learning process.
- Progression, not perfection.
