Culture coaching for leaders who want to create the best place to work environment. I support small/mid-size companies.
Tell us about yourself
I want to make the workplace more enjoyable - life’s too short to hate your work. Leading HR as a disruptor for the new generation… leading with heart. Making it ok to bring your whole self to work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Writing my book and creating my game “Cards for Culture.”
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The continual need for growth, business development (finding new biz), and account management. (Keeping current clients).
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Innovate. Think of different ways to do things and make work fun.
- Time block. Burning the candle at both ends is a horrible feeling. Set aside time for you.
- Collaborate. Look for partners who complement what you do and have similar clients.
