What's your business, and who are your customers?
Peak performance humans focus on total human optimization for growth-oriented entrepreneurs. We help entrepreneurs unleash their full potential so they can take their businesses to the next level. We do this through coaching, company training, keynote speaking, and the Peak Performance Humans Podcast!
Anyone can alter the course of their life by developing goal-centered day-to-day patterns to achieve success in their personal and professional life. By learning the art of intentional living, my clients experience the highest level of fulfillment and evolve into the best version of themselves.
Tell us about yourself
I got started working on my business after I worked for Tony Robbins as one of his national speakers and corporate trainers. I am motivated to help people break through their limitations, reconnect to their unlimited power, and share their gifts with the world! I also love coaching people who are committed to constant and never-ending improvement and interviewing top performers on the Peak Performance Humans Podcast.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is impacting the lives of the people I touch through keynote speaking and company training. Each time I do an event, the people who attend express so much gratitude that I show up. It is the best feeling in the world to see people get their fire back!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is not getting attached to your offer/what you want and remembering to be obsessed with meeting your clients needs. Business owners struggle when they fall in love with their product more than they fall in love with the people they want to serve. Fall in love with the people you want to serve, not your product or service. Your product and service needs to be innovated to meet the needs and solve the problems of your clients. When you train yourself to focus on serving your clients at the highest level and meet their needs better than anyone else you will have raving fan clients for life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Invest in yourself. Warren Buffett said the best investment he ever made was in himself. Hire a coach, attend events, and trainings to improve your skill set.
- Surround yourself with business owners who are way more successful than you so you can learn the game faster. Figure out how to be useful and add value to them so they want you around. Adding value can be as simple as having great energy.
- Embrace failure and stay curious. The best business owners experiment and fail more than they succeed. Cultivate a mindset of curiosity!
