What's your business, and who are your customers?

I own a sound healing business, and my customers are anyone who needs to relax or release. Anyone looking for guidance through online coaching or in-person sound healing sessions that come complete with reiki and aromatherapy. I also am very close to launching Hermetic Spell, my custom oil alchemy line with candles, bath bombs, and bath salts. This line will work in conjunction with my sound healing session and the online courses I offer. I also offer meditations with binaural beats.

Tell us about yourself

At 18, I had cancer, and in 8 months, I beat it through creative visualization and chemo. That was 23 years ago. As a highly sensitive person, I went in search of feeling more empowered, wanting to know how to heal and be able to receive and hold the life I wanted and deserved.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is when I look back at my first $10k month or the first time I invested $1700 in my learning and growth.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Making sure to keep up with everything. I always want my client's to have an amazing experience when working with me.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get clear on your why and who is your ideal client avatar.
  2. Stay consistent in taking courses and perfecting your skills.
  3. Always invest in good design and great writing.
