What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is a creative service agency specializing in writing and design. My client base is composed of individuals and small and medium-sized businesses.

Tell us about yourself

I've spent the past decade working as an independent contractor. Eventually, I got tired of the instability and reliance on others for income. This led to me turning my side hustle into my primary source of income. As a one-man show, I handled all the operations, including marketing and brand image.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping a small fitness influencer grow their profile and numbers by retooling their branding and marketing strategy.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Running everything by myself without others to help share the load.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
