What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a mobile bartending service that enjoys assisting anyone that is having an event and want to take their drinking experience to a new level while at the same time crossing a task off their event to-do list. It can be a birthday party, company event, or wedding; rather you are looking for just a simple bartender to serve drinks or create a custom drink to cater to your event or even mocktail services, we are the team that you have been looking for.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a 33-year-old wife and mother of three. I also work a 9-5 job, I love my job and the work that I do, but I just felt like there was more. I always had good ideas, but I would always talk myself out of them. I love being creative, and I love a good cocktail, and one day it just came to me, and I ran with it. I want to show my children that no matter what you have going on in life, you can always find time to chase your dreams.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is being a business owner. I know that may sound a little off to some people, but it can be hard sometimes to even start a business. There are so many people that have a thousand different dreams and ideas in their heads, but they can never get them out and start. I've had a late night and early morning. Times that my kids are having fun, and I am just able to sit and watch while working. The day that I launched my business, I was so proud of myself. After all the ideas that I had in my head, I was finally able to get one of them out and started.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest part for me is getting to the right audience and getting them to understand how hiring our mobile bartending company changes how they look at drink services at a party. Everyone has some sort of bar setup at their event. By hiring my company, we are able to cater to the right needs of your event no matter have small or large it is.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- No matter how many people are doing it, it doesn't mean you cannot also. These other companies are not you, so no matter how much you may think you are like them, you are not because they are not you.
- Even when it's hard, and you want to give up, that's the moment you used to push even harder.
