I absorbed business from my financial expert and entrepreneurial Dad. At seven years old, I started a baby walking business. I love to solve business problems.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping a money center bank launch its digital products.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Telling a client what he needs to know but doesn't want to hear.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

2. Never ask others to think for you or tell you what you can achieve.
