What's your business, and who are your customers?
As a Holistic Psychotherapist and Life/Business Coach, I help intuitive, service-driven leaders discover and monetize their life purpose. My clients and students are gifted, motivated entrepreneurs or new business owners who are seeking clarity on how to bring their life purpose, and their soul's purpose, into the world. I show my clients how to work through their shadows so that as they shine their light, they help others shine their light. I inspire my students to create an impact and attract the wealth they have always dreamed of.

Tell us about yourself
I started my career as a Holistic Psychotherapist specializing in Marriage Counseling. After 23 years of doing this work, after multiple certifications and mastery, including one as a Life Coach, I pivoted into the online space of transformational coaching my clients/students globally. I shifted mainly because I wanted to reach many people globally. With my therapy license, I was limited to the State I was licensed in.
I am a mom of two young children I had later in age. They motivate me everyday to work on being the best version of myself. Watching my students grow, evolve, and bring their gifts into the world motivates me every day to do the work I am here to do. When each of my students awakens, they help so many others wake up. The fact that I get to be the conduit for helping people bring their life's purpose into the world is a huge motivational factor for me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The fact that I was ready to pivot when my soul was not aligned with my work is a huge accomplishment. It took me years of training to become a Licensed Therapist; I dedicated 23 years of my life to that profession. My willingness to change course is something I am very grateful for. Watching my clients and students flourish is a big accomplishment.
In addition, the fact that my podcast "Create Your Vibrant Life" is so popular is one of my biggest accomplishments.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Fear. Your business journey is never going to be devoid of fear. It is courage that will help bridge you to the next level. You are going to keep up-leveling, and when you do, you will face fear at each stage. Your job is to keep moving forward toward your goals and your dreams.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Work on yourself. Invest in yourself. You are the reason your business is here today. The more you do the internal work, the more success you will have.
- Be courageous and resourceful. Think about times in your life when you leaned into courage and being resourceful. Didn't that take you to the next level? I am sure it did. Use it repeatedly, especially when doubt creeps in, which it invariably does.
- Take actions; imperfect aligned actions are better than no action. Be willing to play and collect data. If it is not working, move to the next thing. Keep taking action and experimenting.
- Be playful and take things lightly. Being in a state of joy, peace, and harmony will help you do more than being in a state of worry or stress.
